Line channel BG-FILCOTEN® Tec up to class C, 250KN
Line channel BG-FILCOTEN® Tec is lightweight and made of high-quality fiber-reinforced concrete C60 / 75. It is a type M line channel with a load up to and including class C250 in accordance with NEN EN 1433
BG-FILCOTEN® Tec
The line channel BG-FILCOTEN® Tec offers the excellent properties of FILCOTEN® HPC (High Performance Concrete) and supplements them with additional safety aspects. The anchoring pockets on the sides of the line channel provide a secure hold in the concrete bed. The special construction of the galvanized steel frames makes it easy and safe to fix the grids. Adjacent cover surfaces can be optimally attached to the edge profile side. In the BG-FILCOTEN® Tec version, the linear channel is also available with a lower overall height, type Tec Mini . The system can withstand loads up to class C 250 (according to EN 1433).
Building materials
The high-quality concrete FILCOTEN® HPC (High Performance Concrete) is a material that combines excellent technical properties with durability. The optimized high-density structure of the HPC allows the construction of drainage channels in a very stable lightweight construction - but what makes it unique is the idea behind it. The idea is unique - the result is revolutionary. The engineers wanted to create a linear channel that combines two extremes: maximum performance and minimum impact on the environment. They have achieved their goal thanks to intensive development work. Line channel FILCOTEN® HPC combines this contrast and is therefore unique on the market.

FILCOTEN® HPC, environmentally friendly without BTEX substances
The IBR (Institut fur Baubiologie Rosenheim) has issued an environmental certificate for the BG-FILCOTEN® line channels. The building material FILCOTEN® HPC does not contain any BTEX substances. BTEX stands for Benzene, Toluene, Ethylbenzene and Xylenes
FILCOTEN® HPC is a building material composed of fiber concrete C60 / 75. Compared to the classic type M concrete channels, the weight saving of 70% offers advantages in transport and handling. The biggest advantage is that FILCOTEN® HPC linear channels have the dimensions and approximately the same weight as those of polymer concrete drainage channels, but do not contain the so-called chemical BTEX substances.
